Nothing makes your home cooler than central air conditioning
The most efficient and attractive way to cool your home during a hot Connecticut summer is with a central air conditioning system.
The most common application is a split system. This includes a cabinet containing a condenser, compressor, and expansion valve—situated outside to greatly reduce indoor noise levels. Separately, an indoor cabinet containing the evaporator coil is typically installed in a utility closet or attic, working in tandem with your furnace or as part of an air handler.
From this “central” location within your home, it cools and dehumidifies your indoor air, blowing the cooled air into your duct system and out through the air registers located in each room.
This is, of course, way better than using window A/C units throughout your home, for reasons that include appearance, operational, and energy expense.
If you don’t have the air ducts required for central air conditioning, a ductless air conditioner solution is far superior to window units—but the most ideal approach (which will also increase your home’s value) is a central air conditioning system.
Our experts can help you select a new system that is just right for your family’s size and activity levels, as well as for your home’s construction and design. We sell the finest ENERGY STAR® rated equipment available today, and will make you aware of any manufacturer deals that can lower your final price. We can also help you find financing.
If your service need involves an upgrade and installation rather than an original install, we can help you there, too. Either way, we will order everything needed and our expert technicians will arrive for installation as scheduled. Each tech is trained to work as quietly and cordially as possible, working efficiently to get the job done right the first time as quickly as reasonably possible. Once finished, we will clean up all debris—and for replacement service even remove your old system’s parts for responsible disposal.
For any homeowner with a new or current central air conditioning system, we urge you to take advantage of our maintenance or repair services. Regular maintenance will help you save money, avoid emergencies, and extend the life of your equipment. And our repair services are always available to make your home cool again as soon as possible.
